Pamela Pyzza

Pamela has been part of the CrossFit community since 2010, when she attended her first class in Albany, New York and immediately fell in love with the challenge, variety, and community. Before CrossFit, she grew up competitively figure skating, synchronized skating, and cheerleading, giving her a lifelong appreciation for movement, discipline, and teamwork.

At Delaware Fit Factory, Pamela wears many hats as a CrossFit coach, personal trainer, small group coach, OnRamp coach, and nutrition coach. With a background as a college professor, teaching comes naturally to her. She loves helping athletes understand movement, build confidence, and experience those “light bulb moments” when something finally clicks.

Pamela is especially passionate about helping people meet fitness where they are in life. After continuing CrossFit through pregnancy and returning postpartum after both her first child and twins, she understands firsthand how fitness can look different through different seasons. Her coaching emphasizes listening to your body, scaling appropriately, and building strength for the long haul.

As a nutrition coach, Pamela takes a holistic, habit-based approach. She helps clients make small, realistic changes with food, hydration, sleep, and lifestyle so they can build sustainable habits that support their goals inside and outside the gym.

Whether she’s coaching a class, working one-on-one, or helping someone improve their nutrition, Pamela’s goal is always the same: help people move better, feel better, and become stronger in every area of life.
