Workouts will have a cardio endurance focus and can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, be it a total fitness beginner or elite competitive Hyrox athlete.
As phrased commonly repeated in the Hyrox community is: ‘Some race to compete, whilst others race to complete.’
Whilst the format of Hyrox may look intimidating from the outside, all the unique elements of the sport and training allow Hyrox to truly be a sport and fitness program for everybody.
All of our Hyrox Classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression roughly 75-90 minutes in duration and follow this basic structure:
