• What goals did I set earlier this year?

• Am I on track to achieve them?

• Have my priorities shifted?

Maybe your goal of five workouts a week wasn’t realistic with your current schedule, and it’s time to aim for three solid sessions instead. Whatever the case, revisit your “why” and adjust your goals accordingly.
